Once we receive the document request list - we will schedule the two meetings. Meeting 1 - 90-minutes: We will present your 5-year historical income statements and balance sheets and discuss the trends and questions we may have regarding the Company's performance. This will also give us a chance to learn more about the background and current strategic initiatives of the Company. Meeting 2 - 90-minutes: Presentation of the Range of Value. We will provide market data as well.

Consulting Package: Quarterly Update Valuation

After your accountant finalizes your quarterly financials, we will update the valuation and meet with you for a 2-3 hour strategy session. Include your whole team to gain clarity on what is working, when to pivot and how your strategies impact the value.

Analysis is completed within 14-21 days of receiving the quarterly financials and compared to the prior results to refine the goals and strategic initiatives.
